As the July 4th celebrations continued into July 5th , the Danville’s Farmer’s Market, located on Saturday mornings at the parking lot at 2721 North Vermilion St, was active and in addition to many current food and produce vendors, added a downtown favorite, the Local, with a presence in both Covington and Danville plans to be there weekly serving food from ‘take and bake items’ to spices to breakfast sandwiches and other items. Also, the Farmers Market will be hosting their annual fundraising this coming Saturday July 12th , for Rose’s Food for Children. Food items or cash donations will be accepted. All food is locally used by local students and kids.
