New Spay & Neuter Program Offered In Vermilion County

Vermilion County’s Health and Education Committee recommended a new spay and neuter program. It will be kick started by a donation from a local resident and supporter of the Animal Shelter who is donating some $12,000 to the County. Animal Control Director Ryan Goodner and Facility Supervisor Jimmy Nelson were there to outline the plan. The plan was adopted in record time and details will follow shortly.
