Jerry Stewart was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas to a simple, middle class family. He was taught early
on that if you want something, you must go after it, work hard, don’t quit, and don’t stop believing in yourself.
In 1975, at the age of 26, Jerry was given the wonderful opportunity to work in a film with cowboy legend, Roy
Rogers, The film work with Roy caused him to move to Los Angeles where he worked for 9 years as a
business manager and did small production projects through his company, Vision Productions. In Hollywood,
Jerry represented many well know child actors, and worked with shows like "Little House on The Prairie". His
work with actor, producer, Michael Landon, was another great “moment” in his Hollywood experience.
After nine years in Hollywood, Jerry moved to a quiet farming community in Washington state where he
expected to finish out his work career with his tax accounting firm; but it wasn't quite meant to end that way.
In 1997 his local radio station asked for volunteers to do 1 minute listener editorials. After Jerry's editorial, one
man remarked, "You sound a lot like Gomer Pyle".
Jerry never expected another chance for radio, but another came, and another, until, to his surprise, he was
asked to guest host the local morning talk show on his local radio station, KGMI, in Bellingham, WA.
He began producing patriotic holiday radio specials for that local station that became so popular, he was
invited by a national syndications company to go nationwide with his words of patriotism, God and country.
Today his radio specials can be heard on over 400 radio stations across America, including satellite radio,
and the internet.
Today, Jerry produces 3 nationally syndicated radio program; "One Moment in America", which airs daily on
130 stations, “You Are There”, a weekly feature much like the Paul Harvey, “Rest of the Story”; along with his
Holiday Specials. He also distributes weekly a written editorial, “The Stewart Report”, which goes out across
the internet to hundreds of subscribers all across the world.
Jerry is also an author. His book, "Saving America", speaks to what we must do now to save our great nation.
The message in the book is simple and compelling - his love for America, his pride for our American people's
grit and determination, and his tremendous respect for the great sacrifice made by those who have fought to
keep us free, both past and present.
But, Jerry is very concerned for our America - concerned that we are losing our greatness, concerned that we
have turned our back as a nation on God and His principles and ideals that America was built upon. He
believes that we must act now or soon, maybe far too soon, it will be too late to save our America.
In September, 2009, Jerry moved back to his roots in Texas and back to his home town, Fort Worth, Texas. He
met his wife, Kelly, and they fell in love. Today, they are working through his programs and speeches to spread
his message of hope and responsibility all across America. They have also established a tax exempt
organization, “Saving The Nation”, which is now providing home school studies to children, teaching them the
principles and ideals that have made our America great.
Want to help Jerry and Kelly in their God given work? Invite them to come speak to your group, big or small –
invite them and they will come. If you have no invites, then you can pray, pray that they will be used to help
save our America.
